Satisfaction Guarantee*

The administrators of PAINWeek are dedicated to offering the highest-quality educational programs.

If you do not feel that the education program provided at PAINWeek met your expectations, you can get a tuition refund, minus $100 for the cost of the food provided. To request your refund:

  1. Go to the registration desk before the end of the conference. No refunds will be given once the registration desk closes at the conclusion of the conference.
  2. You must return your syllabus, CD-ROM, program book, and your Certificate of Completion to the registration desk to qualify for a refund. No continuing education credit will be awarded for attending the meeting if a tuition refund is requested.
  3. Complete a Refund Request form, stating your reason for the refund request, so that we can continue to provide quality educational programs.

If you paid by credit card, you will receive a credit to your account before the next billing period. If paid by check, you will be sent a refund check within four weeks after the conclusion of the meeting.

* Refunds will be issued only based on dissatisfaction with the educational content of the meeting. Unfortunately, problems with the hotel and facility are often beyond our control, and therefore do not qualify as a reason for a refund.
